Who We Are:
A group of Northeast Indiana-based first responders who are tired of seeing our colleagues and friends suffer. We are tired of being told that we're weak, we "know what we signed up for," or that we aren't cut out for the job because we struggle to carry the weight of what we see.
It's past time to change the narrative.
We work every day to consolidate resources, establish relationships with local businesses, and find traditional and non-traditional ways to address trauma - all in the hope that we can save a life.

Programs
We work to provide access to a range of resources aimed at addressing the unique mental health needs of first responders.

Rapid Deployment
Peer to Peer Support
Trained individuals will come to your station or your post, and help you verbally walk through a difficult call. We might even bring snacks.
Hiking Groups
Join Emilee for a trek through nature to help you get re-focused, and enjoy the peace of nature.

Support Groups
Groups will be divided by length of time in your career - this will make it easier to relate to each other, and not feel that your trauma is "nothing" in comparison to someone who's been in much longer. We will also be launching a family & spouse support group.
Coming Soon:
-Training for supervisors/chiefs
-Crisis Text Responders
-Financial counseling
-List of trauma-informed counselors
-Discounts at local businesses
-Fun events
...and more!
